Solutions for LPG tanks

Simple and fast with plug & play modules

The plant can be digitized easily, quickly and flexibly with battery-powered plug & play modules – wired or individually adapted. Specially developed or selected sensors are used to record tank levels (also in Ex zones), counter pulses, the status of plants and their surroundings. Transmitters connected to the sensors transmit the measured data and alarms locally via radio (up to 500 m), via WLAN in local networks or globally, e.g. via 4G/LTE, NB-IoT, Sigfox and LoRa-WAN. Locally transmitted tank levels can be easily read on a radio display in the office or living area or integrated into existing systems via interface (4-20 mA). Global monitoring of all data is cloud-based via the RCT Monitor App for PC and mobile devices or can be customized. The RCT data logger monitors up to 16 different objects and states simultaneously. Tanks in radio range up to 500 m can be easily integrated using radio transmitters. The data logger processes all data and transmits it globally e.g. via GSM/GPRS for cloud-based data management. RCT uses proven and latest global communication techniques to provide measurement data and alarms worldwide. In addition to using the RCT monitoring platforms, data can be integrated into existing ERP systems via API interfaces, for example, and information can be made available to various reporting centers in a targeted manner - for optimized processes and new data-based services.
